Dr. Melanie Kalb was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego, before continuing her education at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Excelling in a demanding curriculum, she also completed elective courses in both general and pediatric dentistry. Since 2019, Dr. Kalb has been committed to caring for patients of all ages—infants, children, adolescents, and adults. She continuously enhances her expertise through ongoing education, ensuring that she stays current with the latest advancements in treatment planning and dental care. Dr. Kalb utilizes a variety of techniques to help your child feel comfortable and at ease during their visits.
Dr. Kalb volunteers with the Caring for Miami Project Smile Program which provides free comprehensive dental care to low-income, uninsured individuals to reduce untreated dental disease. Her commitment to service extends to dental mission trips in Mexico and Peru, as well as participating in the Give Kids a Smile program. Passionate about community outreach, she is dedicated to making a difference for underserved populations.
In her spare time, Dr. Kalb cherishes quality moments with her husband and their dog, Oso. She enjoys traveling, boxing, and Pilates, and she loves to relax with a good TV show.
